- We only repair products with the best AAA grade quality parts. (We repair all Apple iPhone, Samsung & Huawei models)
- We strive to provide the most convenient service at the best price.
- All products in the store carry a manufacturing warranty, that excludes any physical damage.
- Tempered glass & Full glue screen guards have a 12 month limited warranty, which is limited to lifting or bubbling only, the store will bear no responsibility for cracked, splintered or otherwise damaged screen guards.
- 3D film applied with bodyglove machine cutter, carries a 3 month lifting warranty, this excludes torn film / physical damage.
- All gadgets & cables sold carry a 12 month warranty.
- For Generic digitzer screen replacements, we provide a 6 months warranty on the functionality of touch unit.
- For AAA-grade digitzer screen replacements, we provide a 12 months limited warranty on the functionality of touch unit.
- For Original digitzer screen replacements, we provide a 2 year limited warranty on the functionality of touch unit.
- Unless specifically indicated as original on slip, the part/s fitted is implied AAA grade quality.
- We have a 3 month general repair warranty on workmanship.
- We offer a 6 month warranty on battery replacements.
- Replacement of affected parts during a warranty period, does not renew or extend such a warranty period and in so that the warranty period will expire when the time lapses, determined by the original purchase slip date.
- Refunds to be done within 7 days of purchase, given, purchase slip is produced.
- For hygienic reasons, a no refund policy applies to all earphones sold, we will gladly exchange any faulty products within the warranty period, granted they are not physically damaged.
- Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days to clear via merchant services.
- No cash refunds.
- We require a 50% deposit on all parts we do not have in stock to be ordered.
- Stock orders made on a Friday may only arrive, earliest, Tuesday.
- Should client later require a refund on 50% deposit paid, we have the right to deduct any courier costs incurred related to the stock order cancelled.
- Warranty void to be enforced with DIY or third party tampering with or opening of the phone.
- ALL WARRANTIES FOR ITEMS SOLD AND REPAIRS DONE, EXCLUDE PHYSICAL & WATER DAMAGE.
- We will not be held liable for water damaged phones booked in at our premises, where corrosion is detected.
- There are no warranties on broken or internally damaged LCD's, OLED's.
- Walk in iphone screen repairs can be done within 15 - 20 min, depending on parts availability.
- Couriered devices we will repair within 24 - 48 hours. (The delay is due to the overnight courier service)
- Devices will only be released when outstanding payment has been received in full.
- Devices not collected after 90 days will be sold.
- We reserve the right to charge a holding cost on devices uncollected, 1 month after they have been booked in.
- We reserve the right to charge interest and holding cost on devices repaired and uncollected, 1 month after invoice date.
- Remember to make a back-up of your mobile device's data onto your PC/MAC before you send the phone to us. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss on your mobile device.
- Remove and keep with you: the sim, memory card, loose battery and covers.
- We provide an additional service to arrange courier pick-up & delivery at your convenience.
- We can arrange an additional parcel insurance, if your phone is not already insured, please indicate so before courier is requested for pick-up.
- Should the parcel package be externally damaged, please email us immediately after receipt of delivery, for us to assist you best.
